Giving top marks across the board can look like a throw away review not meant to go below the surface, but Terry really was that fantastic in every aspect of this process. This was our first house and we had a large learning curve, both with the expectations we brought to the table and all the things we didn't know we didn't know about. Terry helped keep us grounded, fought for us in areas we didn't know to fight in, and took care of us like family from beginning to end. My only complaint is that the process is over and we don't get to see her on the weekends anymore :)
